It is true that Rock Bottom is a large chain, and I think in some of the other states where it exists, it goes under a different name....

But their food is really delicious, and their steaks are out of this world...

Sometimes its really busy there, depending on what time you get there....its in the heart of downtown, near lots of business offices and such...in fact, the first time BigDom and I suggested to Andy that we go there(because of a referral from a friend in Chicago, where RockBottom goes under a different name, I think), Andy said he was already familiar with the restaurant, as often him and friends from work(when he did work, in Seattle), would go there after work, and always very much liked it...

Well, let's get the Brisbee franchise, set up in the firehouse/city hall and go for it.

Though I don't think a community of 17K could support such an enterprise.

Maybe I could just set up my grill and offer fried egg and bacon sandwiches in the morning - and gin and tonics in the afternoon.

A simple menu. But appealing to some I'd think.
