Well, let's get the Brisbee franchise, set up in the firehouse/city hall and go for it.

Though I don't think a community of 17K could support such an enterprise.

Maybe I could just set up my grill and offer fried egg and bacon sandwiches in the morning - and gin and tonics in the afternoon.

A simple menu. But appealing to some I'd think.
