The woman (some MIGHT call her their mother)....who left those 2 little kids (6 mo old & 3 yr.old) ...in a HOT car for 3 hours....while she gets her hair done!!!

Why can't I get drunk & run over someone....and just say, hey, I didn't mean to kill them....I didn't set out to kill them.
..or why can't I put my baby on the railing of a 3 story balcony, and when she falls, I say.......'Hey, I didn't mean for her to fall".....so I didn't mean to kill her."
