Okay, here goes for YaYa...why I did not like it....I simply did not like the character Ashley Judd portrayed and what she did when she was a young mother and then how the film seemed to justify her actions....in true liberal fashion, blame it on her mother, etc....I had read how the scene was filmed and it turned my tummy....Judging by your compassionate nature as evidenced by the little boy in the parking lot incident, you would not like it either. I do not want to be a spoiler so cannot be more explicit but I will freep mail you if you want to know what the heck I am referring to...LOL...
But in its favor, Sandra Bullock, Ashley, Maggie - they were all great, the clothes were great, and there were some laughs....
You're right, I do hate that. That's why I didn't like the end of "Rat Race" either. I won't give it away, but it's really liberal and made me eye roll even.
Oh, another good one we saw recently was "Training Day". It was really unnerving. RetroKat and I watched it then went right to bed. That night both of us had dreams that we were being chased by the scary gang members that were in the movie.
I just went over to amazon.com to see if I was forgetting any and saw some of thier up-coming releases. Alot of guilty pleasure type movies.
