It sure seems like there is an agenda here. I don't know if you read the end of the thread before it was deleted, but we were all agreeing that we need to get along.

I'm glad to see a pic of W with the bullhorn and the NYC fire-fighter. As much as I've always loved W, that was the day when he was "born" as a great President to many. His popularity ratings have never gone down much since that day.
We all found out what kind of a man we had elected. And I have heard that well over 50% now claim to have voted for him! :-)

Perhaps one of the misogynists posted too hateful or profane a remark on HLL's thread (I never got a chance to see the thread before it was pulled). In addition to the geeks in the "No Girlz Allowed" treehouse, there have been a few DU-type disruptors around lately. I don't know what's going on. What's the male equivalent of PMS?

No one said anything nasty and none of the individual posts were deleted. It went to post 206 and my last post was 204 and I was talking about cooking a chicken with pasta. People got their grievances out and we were really understanding each other.

Maybe I should pop by the marriage thread to see if it has gotten to a thousand yet.

Betty, Your photographs are wonderful. I like everything about this man including the way he WALKS!!! After eight long years, the man in the White House makes me proud.
