So where is Chels these days? Is she at summer school? You can bet she will take a "break" though when dear ole Dad does that special in Spain....And what happened to the Engagement announcement? Chels and Ian went to one of the early rounds at Wimbledon, but haven't been heard from since. Hard to tell whether they're laying low, the Brit press has laid off, or they've gone to the U.S. for a while. As you may recall, assorted "friends" indicated Ian's not interested in marriage, so I wouldn't be holding my breath for that wedding announcement. Then again, with the Clintoons, one should expect the unexpected.
