Ten years after playing the saxophone on MTV in a defining moment of his 1992 campaign for president, Bill Clinton is scheduled to appear on the cable music channel to discuss the global AIDS epidemic. Clinton, shown with the MTV audience on June 16, 1992 will be one of several panelists taking questions from an audience of young adults from more than 25 countries during an hour-long program to be taped July 11 in Barcelona, Spain, the network announced July 3, 2002. Notice bill in his pre-presidential suit. It's amazing what a taxed paid tailor can accomplish!

From NYPost:

He may still "Want Your Sex," but past-his-prime pop pervert George Michael no longer wants your scorn - he says he won't release a President Bush-bashing single in the United States.

The song, "Shoot the Dog," which was released in Britain, insinuates that Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair are gay lovers.

Link The accompanying video also depicts a cartoon Bush tickling Blair's tummy like a dog on the White House grounds.

Michael, who was busted in 1998 in a Beverly Hills men's room for performing lewd sex acts in front of a cop, backpedaled like crazy when talking about the song on CNN's "Talkback Live" show.

"I think it should be remembered that it was never intended to be released in America, because I simply think that would have been - well, apart from bad timing, it would have been disrespectful," he told one caller.

But the show's callers didn't buy Michael's claim that the song - which calls Bush "trigger-happy" and accuses him of "bullying" the world" - was really a swipe at Blair.

"You can't tell me that you did not intend to slam our country when you slam our president," said a caller, Leah from Florida.

"You can talk about your own family, but I'll be danged if I am going to let somebody else step in from the outside and talk about them," she said.

;-) Probably the only perk I won't pile on bent for utilizing - I've seen how much better the guy or gal, is making W look. I used to cringe whenever he'd wear those jackets that didn't fit right in the neck.

Good job White House tailor - you are very skilled at your craft.
