You mean his "I don't want my kids living in a place like America" diatribe? I haven't posted anything about it.

I got some brushes today and the L'OREAL Lash Architect in blk/brn and the MaxFactor Lipfinity the color is Sweet Succulente. I am most make-up challanged, thank you for all your help to make me beeeeutiful!!

Oh and the doctor says I'm as healthy as a horse. Well except he fussed at me for smoking, of course. sigh. It's time to quit, I'll have to work my way up to it a little bit at a time. I hate those people who just put down the smokes and never pick them up again. (no I really don't hate them, I'M JUST JEALOUS!!)

Wipe off the mascara brush on a tissue before you use it for the first time. It will clean it and you won't get clumps. Start the brush at the very base of your lashes and slowly draw it to the ends. Let the brush do it's job of lengthening and seperating.

WOW!!! Cool thread opening!

We always do a variety of kabobs for the 4th. Beef, chicken and shrimp skewered and grilled with bell pepper, cherry tomato, new potatoes, onion and pineapple. Served with either corn on the cob or Rice O'Brien. All followed by ice cold watermelon. Mmmmmmm, my mouth is already watering.

I love the 4th. If for no other reason than all the cooking done outside, so not too much mess in the kitchen. My kind of holiday!

NEW YORK — He's an all-American movie star, but Tom Cruise said his children will be making All the Right Moves — by moving out of America.

"I think the U.S. is terrifying and it saddens me," he told the British paper the Daily Express. "You only have to look at the state of affairs in America."

At the Minority Report premiere Cruise, who is known for his role in the Mission Impossible flicks as a slick superagent for Truth, Justice and the American way, said his adopted children Isabella, 9, and Connor, 7, will grow up outside the United States. They will probably be raised in Australia, his ex-wife Nicole Kidman's homeland.

Cruise, whose character became similarly disillusioned with America in Born on the Fourth of July, said raising children in the U.S. is a risky business. He said he could no longer keep his 'eyes wide shut' to America's terrorism threat, crime, faltering financial status and corporate corruption.

"I do worry about my children. As a parent you are always concerned," he told the paper. "I just want them to be in a place where they are going to be strong enough to make the right choices. Unfortunately, we're in a position where people are so irresponsible that human life holds such little value to them."

It was the first time the Hollywood heavyweight expressed such doubts about America. He lives in Beverly Hill, Calif.

Cruise and Kidman were divorced last year and have joint custody of their children.

"I depend on Nic where bringing up the kids is concerned," Cruise told the paper. "But it has to be both of us."

*****************************************

I think we just got a clue who algore's speech writer is.

Cruise, whose character became similarly disillusioned with America in Born on the Fourth of July, said raising children in the U.S. is a risky business. He said he could no longer keep his 'eyes wide shut' to America's terrorism threat, crime, faltering financial status and corporate corruption.

Uh, Tiny Tom you're an idiot. Just where in the world do you think you can go to escape all those horrors? They are every where.

Oh and I'm sure there was never any corruption going on in any of your movies. *cough, cough!*

Be careful about getting crossways with the Almighty over gold animal ornaments. (You remember that nasty little scrap the Israelites got into with Moses and God over a calf - we don't want to find out you've been banished to wander about in the cornfields for 40 days). ;>}

Seriously, I think a Gold Elephant would make a lovely traveling companion for any 4th of July float. Sounds fun.

I wonder why Tom Cruise, who LIVES IN BEVERLY HILLS ( the hypocrite) is moaning about raising his kids in America. Nicole has custody and is raising them in Australia. It has nothing to do with him hating America.

CRUISE: "I just want (my children)to be in a place where they are going to be strong enough to make the right choices. Unfortunately, we're in a position where people are so irresponsible that human life holds such little value to them".

Is he saying he's PRO LIFE?

GAG ALERT!!

George Michael smears U.S. and Tony Blair in perverted new music video, here.

Pervert pop star George Michael has launched a scathing blast at America's handling of the Sept. 11 terror attacks - calling President Bush a "trigger-happy" politician who is "bullying" the world

The man whips out his wanker in public bathroom and engages in sex with male strangers has mucho nerve calling Pres. Bush "trigger-happy"!!

Thank God those children have one parent that isn't a self absorbed, holly than thou, elitist snot!

Didn't Nicole leave him? If she did she's smarter than I gave her credit for.

Morning Mama. The following is posted for y'all's thoughts. I had never heard this ANYWHERE before.

A rather fantastic love meeting between Brigitte Bardot and Marilyn Monroe is described in Bardot's memoirs. Marilyn and Brigitte met each other at a party that was held for the English Queen in 1952. Brigitte says in her book that it took Marilyn 30 seconds to seduce her, when they met each other in the restroom. Brigitte writes: "Marilyn was a extremely beautiful blonde wearing a golden dress that was low-necked almost down to her ankles. She looked so fresh and natural like she'd just got up from the bed. You wanted to kiss her right away!" The two of the them made love that night but the affair didn't lead to anything more.

Anyone know about this?
