Poor Tipper. I guess that's what you get when your husband sells his soul to the god of ambition. Then again......maybe she did too.

I'm with ladyinred. Being incredibly sad when your child is hurt, or your husband loses an election is normal.....not insanity.

(And having a wife who claims to be mentally ill is not a good way to win an election. Keep it up gores. The more you talk, the worse you both look).

I remember reading something about when #41 lost the election in '92. Apparently Dubya was really upset, and was surprised when his Dad wasn't all upset about it. #41 told him that yeah the election was important, but his family was MORE important, so he wasn't going to get all upset about losing because it meant he got to spend mor time with the ones he loved. Dubya said this put things in a different perspective for him.
