I have a lot of vines planted to cover the fence, and come up from some of the pots and up the house.. Hope they all take.. Need a couple small trellises... Those are just some of the plants I have left to put in.. ;(

That's a magnificent tree on the other side of the house. And your hanging baskets are lush balances until the vines and new plantlings grow up more. Bravissima!!! (and thanks for posting beauty on DD.)

back in my old neighborhood
on E. 3rd St
there was one building where shades were always drawn
and which had window boxes with flowers in every window

year before I left nyc for tucson someone told me what went on in that building
I never would have guessed
