I agree. We had a lot of banter back and forth, but the guy was no dummy. And he did make me laugh. I admit we had couple of convivial FReepmails back and forth, although I seldom agreed with him on any topic.

Basicly it boiled down to Bert earning an "A+" because he always had the right answer, or something along those lines.

Whenever he left his home (i.e. posted elsewhere) he did it as "A Bert". That's all I can recollect seeing about his screenname, except he must hold the record for number of variations of a screenname: A+Bert, A Bert, A+ Bert (on probation)...
