I am almost embarassed for the Dems in Fla....to have Reno as a candidate and Sheen as a campaigner...it is insulting....it is a mockery, imo. Worse than when Pat Paulson used to run for President...
To: Teacup
Good one about Rush getting invited to the BBQ. Hope he did otherwise it will be a rough week ahead for Rushie bashing Bushie...ha ha...
How great that your grandkids are visiting you for the summer....Know they are getting spoiled but what memories you are creating for them....
Here is a nice picture of our dear President and some children taken today at the WH. He will make a great grandpa.
Which reminds me, the Enquirer is reporting that Jenna has a new boyfriend, someone from her college. She broke up with her highschool boyfriend. Her new boyfriend is described as someone who likes to party but not all the time, only occasionally.

Let's see how long it will take for Ian to say "bye-Bye." My thoughts exactly. Chelsea goes out drinking the night after she's hung one on and he stays home nursing a hangover, no doubt. One who goes out to drink after being falling-down drunk the night before is usually referred to as an alcoholic. I think she's in big trouble.
Did you se those pictures of her crashing into his lap in the cab? Her elbows were sticking up, all red and grotty looking. Her mother never told her about moisturizer , no doubt, or about much of anything else a girl needs to know, except how to lie to the press, the world, and herself.

Good afternoon, all! Poised Woman, let's think about a house swapping arrangement for July or August. By then 40 degrees will sound wonderful to me, after several weeks of baking in the hot Texas sun with not a cloud on the horizon.

Ah, Lodwick, we're not even hot yet. Did you get rain today? We had a few showers up here that cooled things down, but looks like next week the thermometer begins its ever steady climb to blast furnace temps. I love Texas, but I hate summer.

Good evening. Yeah, we had shower at best, it looked like rain, but maybe .25inch of water - goodness, we'll take it and say Thank you.
We take our rain so much for granted.
This could become the great desert of Texas if things don't change.

UGH!!!!! Clinton is going to be attending Paul McCartney's wedding in Ireland. I wonder if there will be enough booze for him to bring his lovely daughter along.
To: lodwick
True, and it seems like we either have floods or nothing at all. Notice the deafening silence on our house swapping proposition?

IT'S NOT COMPLETELY SILENT! You all can come stay with me for a while in the log cabin. It's on high ground! Even have an indoor outhouse! Lot's of heat AND humidity here in INDIANA!

Up for a beer with this fella, Ladies?

UGH!!!!! Clinton is going to be attending Paul McCartney's wedding in Ireland. I wonder if there will be enough booze for him to bring his lovely daughter along.Well, maybe. They are bringing in truckloads of food and beverages so maybe there will be enough for Chels and Ian. The wedding is supposed to be on Tuesday, according to Cindy Adams...And the menu will be all vegetarian....

Flowers are unloaded on the grounds of Castle Leslie in County Monaghan, Republic of Ireland, June 8, 2002. Trucks delivering food and equipment arrived at the 17th century castle on Saturday, further fueling speculation that it will be the location for the wedding between former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills, which may take place next week. think about a house swapping arrangement for July or August. Um, in your dreams. Short but lovely summers are the only reason I stay here, but actually thinking of moving to Houston or Galveston one day. Y'all can count on a house swap along about November when sun sets at 4 and you don't even notice because it's been dark all day. Bummer of a place. Enjoy your sunshine.

Brad Pitt looks like that "street person" Damon Wayans portrayed on "In Living Color" - the one who carried around a Mason jar in which to relieve himself.
