Duck Builds Nest at Kmart

CHARLES CITY, Iowa (AP) - A duck in need of a nesting spot improvised a little and made a home in the bedding plants at a Kmart garden center.

"It's been kind of fun," Adams said. "It's just been a little novelty thing. The kids seem to enjoy her."
Kmart employees put up a "duck with egg" caution sign to give the duck privacy. She's ensconced in a six-pack of gold, long-stemmed flowers.
Adams said the flowers probably won't be sold once Mama and her ducklings move out.
"She's made her bed in them and that's about all we're going to be able to do with them, I think," she said.

Yes, under the Judges ruling, I would think that would preclude him from being a spectator in the courtroom.

Missed most the testimony when CTV went to regular programming. Someone brought that up earlier and if true, I hope someone has a few more questions for whoever said it.

Because enquiring minds want to know, I have frequented some chats about this case. Take what I have to say anyway you want, if anyone else lurks why then we'll hold hands and sing kumbaya.
1. Mama bear and the older bear sometimes played in the, um, outside of the zoo cages.
2. Mama bear and baby bear liked to see the passing sights through the window.
3. Daddy bear is excessively controlling and hedonistic.
4. Not all the white stuff on their cornflakes is sugar.
5. The older bear hooked up with someone from the hood, he could see her visage from his window when he put his glasses on. Apparently she didn't inspire great trust. Ah the tradgedy when you place your trust in mere mortals. I digress.
6. Riddle me this: what do snort and energizer batteries have in common?
7. If we pull out our calculators and stop watches and take the math test using parameters set out by... the blue care bears, we will fail the test and have to start the class again. Not a fun way to spend the summer.
I scare me sometimes.
I have to tell you I raise 7 kids and my house would never have won the Good houskeeeping seal of approval...but I think mama Bear spent too much time in in someone elses bed ..and not enough time cleaning her house. No wonder they had to clean before the cops came.
I am still waiting for someone to tell me about the garage..cause the pic show a very messy garage full of junk...no palace..no bed or sofa that I could see..now to me if this was the "room" they entertained in...they would have had to used the main house...any takers?
