FORT WORTH, Texas -- Sandra Day O'Connor says her childhood dream as a girl growing up in El Paso, Texas was to become a cattle rancher. Now, she says she rides herd on lower-court judges. O'Connor, the first female justice on the Supreme Court, was inducted today into the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. She and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas were among the hundreds donned in cowboy hats and boots for the ribbon-cutting on the new $21 million museum today in downtown Fort Worth. The museum opens to the public this Sunday.
