It is not JUST the $20 bill. It is ALL the new bills,
HERE, sequentially, that really show a progression.
Have you seen what the new currency bills show? $5s and $10s put out in 1999; $20s, $50s, and $100s put out in 1996.

The speed is truely awsome isnt it!! It doesnt matter what it is, when it happend, or how it works. There is always Someone on here that can tell you in 5 - 10 minutes.
