Well AGAIN in game seven the refs favored the Kings by far in the calls and non-calls and the Lakers still won! AMAZING!

At least the refs made equal non-calls in the overtime, but they were messing with bringing the Kings up through this game AGAIN!

If all rules were equal this would have been Lakers in 5.

As far as Shaq in general, he takes the most abuse in the NBA. The lack of fouls called all the time is unbelievable.

I believe if all proper fouls were called, Shaq would have +40 point nights every night.

I'm sick of the refs. Chick Hearn made an unusual comment today. I listened to his broadcast during the game and when they named the refs he said, "These refs for THIS game?".
Anyone knew what Chick meant by that? Were these refs who had no expieriance?

Give the Kings and their fans this, they've had a better year than Gray Davis...and they're a lot less irritating.

In fairness...the Tampa Bay Devil Rays are having a better year than Gray Davis! But Sacto has some very nice people.

Hey, just blow off the bitter tinfoilers and enjoy the win. Apparently the black helicopter crowd are NBA fans, and the Lakers must be secretly owned by the Rockerfellers. I'd love for just one of tonight's whiners to explain how the NBA/NBC/DNC rigged the knock of the ball into Horry's hands and then made him hit the buzzerbeater at the end of game 4(a loss which would have basically eliminated the Lakers at down 3-1).

Nope it was Horry, and no one else, whose momentary magic sealed the series and the season with a clutch performance, just like he earlier did with my Rockets.

I don't care much for the NBA now, have watched maybe a combined 20 minutes over the entire season, but I'm quite thankful to have witnessed the final minute of game 4. Absolutely beautiful(even if it was the team I was rooting against!).

So congratulations, and enjoy.

Snicker. At least now Chris Webber will have time to testify in court!

What is Webber going to court for?

Webber isn't charged, but may be compelled to testify. Some bigtime Detroit gambler/launderer has plea bargained into a stool pigeon, admitting paying $600,000 to several U.Michigan basketball players. I think Webber got $25K(or maybe add a zero). But it gets better, supposedly he was a pseudo-agent for Detroit high schoolers, visited and entertained by numerous recruiters. So there's a nervous watch on at several big-time programs across the country.

May he sing like the 3 Tenors.
