There is roistering among smokers in Delaware today. The Governor signed the country's most drastic anti-smoker legislation into law 15 minutes ago.
It will take effect the day before Thanksgiving. Just in time to screw up one of the busiest seasons of the year for bars and restaurants.

Sorry, If I am on that beach, with my kids, that guy gets his bare ass beat bloody.
Just like with the kids, he gets told to stop one time. Before I open my mouth again, he better be gone, or else.( actually i am more lenient with tykes..)
