Today is hubby's birthday. I promised to bake him a cake from scratch. I haven't baked a cake from scratch since 1977 or so. Wish me luck. :)

even as kid (which is when I did most of my baking)
I used cake mixes
altho I used to bake brownies from scratch
what kind of cake are you bakin' him?
you need lots of ingredients for cake from scratch
flour, and baking powder (or baking soda) ?
and you have to make frosting too
but I bet it will be delicious
