Don't say we didn't warn you! Spoilers are what this thread is all about. So bring your rumors (substantiated or not!), spoilers, spy reports, and bones of contention about them here as the snippets of TTT news, photos and interviews come rolling in.
I wouldn't even recommend pinging people to this thread unless you know they want to see them. There are a lot of purists out there that hate to have anything given away before the movie comes out. I, however, am not one of those.
I will start a "TTT spoilers ping list" separate from the other Tolkien ping lists so let me know if you want to be on the spoiler alert list!" If we use this thread for that kind of stuff, we won't shock people who don't want to see it. (though I bet they look anyway!)
Report 'em if you got 'em!
I've been looking for pictures of Aki, and now I remember why I have so few good pictures of him. He's the hardest horse in the world to photograph.
Being very affectionate, he feels that anyone who comes into his field is there to pet him. I back up to get him in the viewfinder, he walks towards me. I keep backing up, he keeps walking forward. I have plenty of pictures of his nose as he sniffs at the camera to see if it's edible. Pictures of the rest of him are hard to come by.
I really need a second person to hold him, and get him into some dignified pose. Dignity is the one think Aki clearly lacks. His personality is more like a Golden Retriever.
From TORN:
Xoanon here, a few people have written to me with the same info, check it out from Nathaniel's email: It appears that The Two Towers is indeed finished, for it has been rated at filmratings.com. The rating is PG-13 and the reasons cited are nearly identical to that of the first film: "rated PG-13 for epic battle sequences and scary images." (The only difference is the omission of the word 'some' before 'scary.')
Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers, The (2002)
New Line Cinema
Rated PG-13 for epic battle sequences and scary images.
Which is indeed slightly different from FotR!
That's it? I feel cheated. ;^)

LOL! I guess it is because I grew up near New Orleans, but my first thought was that it looks like a beignet (pronounced 'been-yay') a raised doughnut type thingy fried then dusted with powdered sugar which is like a French sopapilla!
*Suzi's daughter sneaks onto the computer* Suzi's Daughter: It reminded me of something, but then I forgot what. I was to busy oogling at Orli and his nifty-cool pointy ears and pretty hair. Hm...
SQ back...She's a sneak, isn't she?
