I didn't try that many times, Prentice! With God's help, I will be celebrating the first year of smoke free on the 23rd of this month at 9 p.m. :) On my own, the best I ever did was 8 days! I don't trust me--I trust God.

I didn't either....

But I had to try quitting lots of times before I got it through my thick head that after being clean for a few months I could just try a couple of puffs....once I had quit for six months and just had to try one puff.

I a smokaholic....but clean for over twenty years. If I had one puff, I'd be smoking a pack a day within a week.
