A good commentary on how PBS sucks because it is liberal. As if we didn't know that already

I like History Channel. I watch reruns of Black Sheep Squadron and In Search Of. As for PBS, it's really hard to watch something and get into it because almost all the time it's interrupted by some hoky fundraising drive.

PBS and NPR are almost impossible to endure due to their condescension. I can listen to almost any NPR or PBS documentary for less than 5 seconds and accurately tell that is what it is simply from the bored, superior tone of voice.

I love The History Channel more than any other cable or network station. That having been said, PBS has produced some very good documentaries.

PBS dumped the only right of center show a couple of weeks ago. The egos over there cound not stand to see Rukeyser pull in good numbers with some of his rants about government excesses. Now he has the same show on CNBC opposite the PBS Wall Street week on Friday nights and some of his shows are being picked up by PBS affiliates. :-o}<

I love the History vs. Hollywood shows on THC whenever a significant historical movie comes out.

PBS gives you 6 hour documentaries on migrant farm workers, while The History Channel gives you "The Battle History of the US Army" starting next week. Nuff said.
