No, I am not one bit happier, about higher and higher cigarette taxes...the last time I bought a carton of cigs, I almost passed out from the high price...of course, I live in Washington state, which according to the list provided in the article, has the highest taxes of all...burns me up...
I guess I am going to have to have the hubby stop off at the commissary on base, and get me my cigs...time was, when the price between cigs at the commissary, and prices on the outside, were not that far apart...will have to now go to the commissary or the local Indian Reservation...
So no, I am not one bit happier about the higher taxes....and those guys who did the study are nuts...
