We have two natural instincts when sensing danger: fight or flight.

I sense no danger... for now.

My thoughts on establishing another place, are borne of disgust with the current situation, not fear.

And NOW is the time to be leaving, BEFORE things degrade to the point where you are afraid.

If you only look within, you will see all the great and terrible possibilities inherent in yourself as an individualist. If you look around your own home and community, you will see how that corner of the outside world affects you. That's enough if you're going to write a novel or a speech.
If you're going to live in this world in this time in history, you have to pull your head out and look around you beyond just the immediate irritants and annoyances. Your personal desires may not be the center of the universe after all.
