If you only look within, you will see all the great and terrible possibilities inherent in yourself as an individualist. If you look around your own home and community, you will see how that corner of the outside world affects you. That's enough if you're going to write a novel or a speech.
If you're going to live in this world in this time in history, you have to pull your head out and look around you beyond just the immediate irritants and annoyances. Your personal desires may not be the center of the universe after all.

That REEKS of moral relativism. This current situation in this country CANNOT be dismissed, or trivialized.
I know that this is only a mental exercise, but the horrible conditions in this country are NOT to be overlooked. Until the Separatist movement takes hold, I am more than willing to work tirelessly against Collectivists, but I would probably be willing to commit my time and energy elsewhere to build a place true to the ideals that our forefathers died for.
And I am not willing to take up arms against this country, unless a clearly defined enemy could be determined. We already tried that once, and Collectivism won that military battle too.

I amm sure there were Valeries on the slopes of Vesuvius telling the others to stop bitching about a little ash in the air and keep on with the plowing which was the really important thing.
