There is a giagantic seagoing condo half a mile long under construction now. It will be theoretically registered in one of the countries of convenience like liberia, but will never go there. The collective wealth of the condo owners will allow them to bribe the Government of convenience to leave them completely alone, and leave the free of any outside laws. The resident will almost completely be white conservatives, because they are the ones with the money to buy in.
It would be easy enough to construct similar ships called the SS Microsoft, or the SS Apple or even the SS Intel and move the corporations literally offshore.
