lol - great Festus story - good thing he was not a respecter of property.
I hope that the cheap moochers have made a LOT more monthly committments, or Lulu may be taking a short trip to Texas. Did you say, "Major props to you!" when Bill finished the wall? ;-)

I still remember photo of kitty loddy and his cohorts posted during their last crime binge
Lulu enjoyed her kidnappin' spell
but Dizzy likes to be stroked, cuddled, and brushed at 5PM

No one is allowed to steal my dear Dizzy...he is laying in the hall now, spying on me...sometimes when he wants attention, but its too soon after his last round of attention, he just lays in the hall and waits for me...usually he winds up just going to sleep...
He just ate a whole bunch of catnip, and that usually makes him act like he is stoned...kind of like goes into a trance...I am going to buy him a couple of fresh catnip plants if I can find them, and put them out in his windows so he can brush up against them and munch on them whenever he wants...
We sure do spoil our kitties...

Loddy...yes indeed that 'peeing' did save Festus...thing is, it was a month in between the time he disappeared, and the time he was turned into the shelter...so I wonder what adventures he had during that month...
Habs...sure enough, that would be a great story for Disney...
We were so touched with story of Festus, and his picture, that my husband cut the whole article and picture of Festus out of the newspaper, and taped it to his closet door...when he tried to retreive it for me to read, he could not get it off...its been up there for so long now, and I guess he was afraid the paper would rip and tear...so I guess the Festus article and picture are up there forever...
