I agree with you guys about this, Jim has bent over backwards with Buckeroo, to the point he is starting to look like Ariel Sharon with the Palestinians. I have gotten into flame wars with Buckeroo myself, and as a result Jim has required me not to post to him, which is why I am not flagging him here. I guess Jim has a good reason, but, as a suggestion, possibly the next time Buckeroo starts something like this, at the very least Jim could ban him for a short time, until Buckeroo has time to come to his senses, which usually seems to take at least 12 hours.

Time must pass for the consumption, absorption, and distribution of alcohol throughout the body. Therefore, we calculate what the actual BAC level would be at the end of one hour after consuming the single drink.

Note that the time of metabolism is calculated from the beginning of drinking, not when the consumption is completed. These are just estimates, because individuals exhibit differences in metabolism based on gender, weight, genetics, and physical health. (BAC generally goes down at a slow and predictable rate unless the individual has liver problems or is using other medications or drugs. This is because your liver can only metabolize (break down) a predictable amount of alcohol per hour.

The normal body will metabolize approximately 15 mg BAC per hour.
Utilizing an average metabolism rate of .015 per hour, we can calculate the BAC level at the end of a period of drinking.

(Rate of metabolism can range anywhere between 7 mg and 40 mg depending on the individual). Some heavy drinkers may eliminate alcohol at a slightly higher rate. Certain physical conditions may cause some people to metabolize alcohol at a slower rate. For example, chronic alcoholics in late phase metabolise at a slower rate because they have diseased much of their livers.

The error in your logic is the fact that your scenerio is an unfeasible situation to begin with. Whether you like it or not, Israel is not and never will be located in South America. Because of your error in logic, your proposed scenerio could not have been anything else but misinterpreted.
