I was at a bar in Bimini 3 years ago with an honor system. The bottles sat out on the bar with mixers, ice, etc. and you were supposed to write down what you drank or leave the right amount. Also, the rooms in that place had no keys, I think they'd all been lost, probably by folks like me who'd been using the bar...we did catch fish that week...
