I was at a bar in Bimini 3 years ago with an honor system. The bottles sat out on the bar with mixers, ice, etc. and you were supposed to write down what you drank or leave the right amount. Also, the rooms in that place had no keys, I think they'd all been lost, probably by folks like me who'd been using the bar...we did catch fish that week...

So I guess maybe they figure at the bar that some would get so trashed they'd underpay and some would overpay, so it all worked out in the end...

Then again maybe they were drinking too and just didn't care.
