Let me tell you the best thing! I don't care what anybody says, this stuff is fantastic.

Take a large can of regular Spam, run it through a meat grinder, chunk up a bunch of velveeta and run it through the meat grinder. Grind up a couple of hard boiled eggs too. Dice up an onion real fine and mix all of this stuff together. It makes a kind of spread. Spread it on some hamburger bun halves, and broil it open-faced till it's crisp and bubbly! Mmmm! My husband calls them poker sandwiches.
