OK, it's up
here. Just did it in doc format today as there's an image (forgive it's imperfections...I'll fix it by the end of the month), and I can't do a straight save as html from Word (which adds a bunch o' crap to the code anyway, so I SHOULD probably just be doing it in notepad...)
