a three foot section of garden hose packed with damp sand or even wet cement makes a great tool for breaking the major bones in the body and rupturing internal organs without breaking the skin... which makes for an easy cleanup... course, the guy on the receiving end will most likely lose control of his bladder and bowels before yer thru...but, that's what they make drop cloths for...
