But people are still on the edge. All the high schools in Richmond and the two surrounding counties have cancelled games for the night and the Farm Bureau cancelled tomorrow evening's Harvest Parade. It's been raining pretty solid since yesterday, so that's part of it.

But I wonder if they're not just being paranoid.
