I kinda thought that too...I was swimming on a swim team when I was 5...I'm a strong swimmer, so I knew that swimming was a great workout, but I was skeptical about aqua aerobics...when you figure that the water adds 30 lbs of resistance to your efforts, and if you're going full bore for 45-60 minutes, I can barely drag my carcass outta the pool...
