Lots of sneaks out today...I was WAY late...
And a non-sneak got the precious! Ah...poetic justice!

Do you have a Lowe's or Home Depot near you? Any hardware store should be able to give you the advice you need. And as an added bonus they will be happy to sell you what you need. They're kind of like Dwarves that way.

You forgot to add.. discuss the book, eat, argue with the dwarves, eat, watch with glee as the elves and dwarves bash each other, eat, drink a few pints, eat, eat some more..... it's kinda hard to argue with a dwarf when you got an axe lodged in yer skull...just ask this guy...

I got the Precioussss....now Smeagol must obey Nice Master. Smeagol will eat fishes and be grateful like a nice Smeagol. Then you can find us some coneys.

Smeagol was dead by the time they got to Mt. Doom. Gollum had killed Smeagol, just like he killed Deagol.
Smeagol could have been the hero, if he had survived his fight with Gollum. He didn't, so we were stuck with Gollum as the Anti-Hero.

Well... the author had the power to bring Smeagol back. He brought back Gandalf, didn't he. Author's aren't bound by rules of logic. No, Smeagol could have won!

Do you have a Lowe's or Home Depot near you? Nope, but we do have a paint store. I refuse to ask questions in most of the local hardware stores...they specialize in treating women like dirt.
I just hate to ask for help because I'm not sure if the news will be good or bad! I guess I could also search on DIY sites on the web...haven't done that yet.
It just doesn't SEEM like it should be that difficult! I would think I could patch any big holes with spackle, smooth everything else down with sandpaper, put those papery patch thingies over and MAJOR holes, then prime and paint. But Corin was saying something about pin holes in drywall being a problem...I'm sure I have holes like that in some spots!

Smeagol wasn't a Maiar sent to Middle-Earth in the form of a 3-dollar bill.....whoops, I mean Ian McKellan. ;^)

Is that its technical name? LOL! Well...I never claimed to be great at home decorating...
I'm better than Mom was, though...EVERYTHING was a thingie to her. And she NEVER remembered the names of certain things - dustpan, for example.
