When I went to your link, I got a security warning that I was "broadcasting an internet IP address that could be attacked" (????) Never heard of that before.... There's more than brain slugs on that site, apparently....

Yes, there is an update... but not a good one :~( Penny and I chatted a lot about it...
I downloaded the tool she has to edit movies, and it won't recognize the file type, though it is an avi file.
I am stuck at the moment. I don't know how to split it!

Thanks… I’ve got to run again. We’re out to Famous Dave’s Barbecue for my son’s birthday meal. His golden birthday (11th) was yesterday and we couldn’t go yesterday because we went to our church’s 9/11 special service and then he had choir practice (his mom is the choir director). Needless to say 9/11 is a very bittersweet day for us now. He turned 10 on the day of the atrocity and there was lots of cognitive/emotional dissonance for us then…. And it was still there yesterday… I can’t talk about it much… What more can be said that hasn’t been said already? I am just so proud of our President for his speech this morning and the leadership he is showing to begin to do the things necessary to truly put the horror behind us…. Take care…

" a very bittersweet day</i" I understand. Our son's 13th birthday was 5 days after Hurricane Andrew blew through our neighborhood.
No electricity for 3 weeks, the place was a wreck, the neighborhood a wreck, all stores closed or destroyed, no grocery stores even operational, national guard and regular army enforcing a curfew, we had to drive miles to find a place to buy a cake, with a truck full of dents and a crazed windshield and brakes on only 2 wheels, from driving through debris (and considered ourselves lucky to find one + a few presents). Everone was happy to be alive, but somehow it wasn't the usual celebration!
But the whole family continues to be intact, so I guess we are blessed so much.
