It's stopped raining here. I'm planning on hanging out today.HI OT! It feels like fall here today in MA. I'm putting stuff for Gumbo together to put in the slow cooker, then my daughter and I are going with a homeschool friend and her Mom to see "My Big Fat Greek Wedding". I've read the reviews and seen the trailer and it sounds like a real fun movie.
Well, the Holy Trinity of Creole cooking(onions, bell peppers and garlic) is calling me. Have a great day!

Take your DVD player across the lake? - Where are you going? LOL (lost) Going to...well I'm at...The Homeplace. Just to see what the siblings are doing this weekend and to pick some scuppernongs.
Took the DVD player....just in case I want to watch the movie or something.
