I got worried when it wouldn't post... thought someone beat me to it... (I know... it's childish)
To: ecurbh
Thanks for that!
To: carton253
Yes, but we need it!
To: carton253
Only 2338 to go to catch up with the old hole!
To: ecurbh
Old holes run deep...or should they just run long?
To: ecurbh
Thanks for posting that review! I'm so excited about TTT! I just can't get over how fabulous that preview was!

Ditto.
To: BibChr
Double-ditto. I've been watching it a half-dozen times a day, and studying it frame-by-frame to catch every nuance.

Go to theonenet and finish reading the whole thing. Says some things about Arwen's expanded role, and Gollum too. It's an excellent article.

I can't get the trailer on your page to work. Any ideas on what I can do. I get to the urak hai's running with Merry and Pippin and then it stops. I do have quicktime on my computer.

I don't know what's wrong, and why the file will not download completely. I'll let you know if I can get it sorted out.

Thanks...

Mega Tolkien Ditto to that!

OK, I think I got it worked out. Try downloading it again. Make sure you refresh the page so that you get the new link.

I have just viewed the preview... and to both of you (who gave me terrific links) a poem.. by the poet Smeagol! (Because I care to send the best)
Alive without breath;
As cold as death
Never thirsting, ever drinking
Clad in mail, never clinking
Drowns on dry land
Thinks an island is a mountain
Thinks a fountain is a puff of air
So sleek, so fair!
What a joy to meet!
We only wish to catch a fish
So juicy sweet.
Thanks again.

BTW, just found official confirmation via Yahoo on the Cinerama bringing back LOTR on Friday, April 5. I have no idea how long it will last, but at least it's coming back!
Hair, I guess we're definitely a go for next Tuesday at 4:30, if you're up for that!

Yayy, it worked, it worked! :) So glad you got to see it!
December cannot come soon enough for me, that's for sure!

I tried it and it worked, like Penny's site, as well as can be expected. I saw no video but at least got to hear the audio. This lime-green POC called an Imac just won't do .avi files. I have to have OS X and all I have is 9.1. Oh well...I hope to get a new PC this weekend.

Did you try downloading Quicktime from the internet and running it through there?
To: carton253
No! There's a thought.
