How long till December?

Maybe the August release will help a little.

Were we a bunch of cruel rude hobbits last night or did we have uncouth interlopers show up?

I saw the whole thing...Hair and 2JM were being so lewd!!! My delicate sensibilities were reeling! Wicked, I tell you...those two are wicked!!!...heeheehee!!!

Are you treating the water? Goldfish need aquarium salt and a ammonia/clorine treatment.

You mean I can't just stick 'em in a bowl and run some tap water over 'em?

I do know better than that. I tread the water with the ammonia/clorine stuff. But I didn't know about aquarium salt or the grass stuff. My mistake with the first four was that I was adding water, but not changing it. My assumption was that if it looked clear, it was. But I don't understand the one from yesterday. Maybe he was sick anyway?

Looks like I'll be heading back to PetsMart for some salt and grass...

We planted rutabagas today.

Just in time for the Hooterville Rutabaga Festival. (why is my head full of all this useless information?)

Were you talking about me? I need to know. It's not that I'm paranoid or anything...

You know, you're gonna have to change your screen name to get us to believe that one...

Hullo! Good Morning!

Sensible hobbitses were all safe in their beds when things went bump in the night!

I am not sure I even know what a rutabaga is... Isn't it like a big radish?

He might have been sick anyway, if the other three made it then it wasn't anything seriously wrong with your system. They will like the salt and the anakerous grass... (Still not spelled right I am sure!)

They are big...bigger than a softball. And the actual plant gets huge...at least 2-3 feet across.

Once, Steve was out in the front yard pulling sand burrs and I pulled up a huge rutabaga, leaves and all and chunked it over the fence at him. It landed about 4 feet away from him and he didn't see it coming. It was like it came outta nowhere! Like a meteor or something! He jumped a foot and then looked up to see me grinning at him over the fence! LOL

I boiled it and we had it like a mashed potatoe that night with pork chops and gravy.
