A long list of prominent conservatives have referred to leftists and Democrats as dumb, stupid, incompetent, crazy, and insane. In 2007, Ann Coulter wrote the book “If Democrats Had Any Brains, They’d Be Republicans.” Both Rush Limbaugh and President Trump regularly referred to Democrats as “Dumbocrats.” More recently, the leader of the House Freedom Caucus called Democrats “the crazy party,”... Matt Margolis titled a piece in PJ Media this year “Democrats Are Too Stupid to Heed This Warning,”..
Conservatives need to understand that this tactic can not only contradict the more serious messages they’re trying to convey about leftist policies, it can also remove responsibility from leftists for their malevolence. Consider a recent interview in which Representative Jim Jordan explained that the left’s open-border policy was part of a shrewd, long-term plan to bring in new Democrat constituents, with sanctuary-city policies as another step in that plan. Yet in the same interview, he called the policy “Just stupid” and “one of the dumbest policies I’ve ever heard of,” and in a later interview, adding, “just about every single position today’s left adopts is crazy.”
So we are told that leftists are shrewd, long-term planners who are simultaneously stupid and crazy. Which is it? The distinction may seem trivial, but it’s not.
Stupid or Strategic? To call leftist leaders or their policies stupid is therefore more than an unfortunate choice of words. It can mislead conservatives regarding what they are confronting.
We don’t tend to think of stupid people as evil. Perceived stupidity neutralizes perceived intent and, to some degree, perceived blame. “Stupid” is not the word that comes to mind for figures like Stalin, Mao, or Pol Pot, and it would have done us no favors to describe the Axis powers in World War II as merely stupid or crazy.

An example of this is Germany during the 1920s and 30s. The Nazis and Communists were adversaries and often brawled with each other. Yet they allied together to discredit and destroy the Wiemar Republic. The notorious Hitler-Stalin Pact was in part an expression of the shared determination of Nazis and Communists to destroy Western civilization.
Logic and ridicule can help to expose the Left's talking points as idiotic. For example, one can confront their claims of white supremacy by asking where is there white supremacy? Does the Klan run the local governments in Detroit, the Atlanta area, or Washington DC? After all, that is where there is poverty, crime, and dismal schools.
Or maybe there is white supremacy in Florida and Mississippi, where conservative Republican state governments have pursued high education standards, school choice, and job creation. If the Left is correct, then white supremacy seems to mean that white Republicans have an insidious strategy of boosting black educational achievement and incomes, and of electing a black Republican conservative as governor in Florida.
Anyway, you get the point. If you hope to defeat the Left, you have to fight them.

Stupid, cunning and corrupt aren’t mutually exclusive. Because many on the left truly are stupid and don’t realize they are useful idiots. But I get the point.

Many people RIGHT HERE continue to look at Democrats as dumb, misguided, etc. And, while that is true with many of their followers, their leaders, INCLUDING AOC, know EXACTLY what they are doing, and they are winning, primarily because of the following:
(1): When you think of their leaders as dumb or misguided, that implies that they want what is best for this country - they do not want what’s best, THEY WANT TO DESTROY this country, and ‘they’ here includes Wealthy Democrats.
(2): When you do think they’re dumb or misguided and still want what’s best for the country, then you think that they only need some ‘education’ to ‘steer them in the proper direction’. They may play along a bit with our stupidity, but, again, they know EXACTLY what they are doing.
Think about it a bit - they are incredibly radical party that should be 20% or 30%, at most - instead they are on the verge of putting together a MAJORITY, and doing it while getting EVEN MORE RADICAL than the past. Also consider the fact that if they were dumb, they would, at least on occasion, do things that benefited the country - THEY NEVER DO - in other words, they know what they’re doing, they know exactly what they’re doing.
They are goddam GENIUSES - and we’re about to learn that the hard way if we’re unable to accept the simply fact that THEY ARE EVIL people. Aside from Tucker, virtually every American thinks Hitler was evil...so why is it so damn difficult to think it might also happen here?

Underestimating lefties is a major problem for the right.
We usually look just for the next election and find the best candidates. Long term strategy is usually lacking.

The Dems have a long term plan and they do not really care if they loose sometimes.
They know they will get the power sometimes in the future and they get the small window to implement the next step.
They passed Obamacare in the very small window when they had presidency, congress and filibuster safe Senate.

I’ve been saying this for decades. It’s not stupidity. It’s the evil. The evil makes them appear stupid to those of us that can’t wrap our brains around that level of evil. But we better figure it out, finally.... because it is now a life or death issue... quite literally.
The “importing voters” is another long term strategy.
The legal and illegal immigrants are not really voting, but sooner or later they will.

The only question is... is the GOP HUB Syndrome a long-term plan that is quite intentional? When examining the history and intent of the well-known RINOs... I would have to say it is indeed quite intentional (Trojan Horse = destruction from within).
Well, obviously there are some RINOs and DINOs too.
Most of RINOs are just afraid of loosing elections so they try to be Moderate.
Democrats are more able to force their congressmen to vote their way even if that guarantees them to loose next election.
E.G Marjorie Margolis Mezvinsky. She basically sacrificed her political future to the Dems long term strategy. She was unelected the next election, but rewarded by Chelsea marrying her son.
On the other hand, Republicans like McCain or Hatfield, and many others, would oppose a good deal just on whim.
