If they are Sunni, they'll consider it well within their rights. The hadith collection of Sahih Bukhari explicitly prohibits images of people and animals, which... most classical European art is. It's one of the lesser-known pernicious elements of Islam: that it gives itself permission to eradicate the artistic history of all other cultures on Earth, because they all feature these "forbidden" subjects.
