I mentioned to JR several years ago the place was dying, he basically said so what, you don’t like it go someplace else. Well guess what, JR is no longer here and since he has been gone donations have flat lined. To keep this place alive we need new members and you are never going to do it with the present site. Look at the donations this month, do you think FR will continue at this level of donations. If it does that means we have been ripped of all these years at $240,000 a year
Not my job to increase membership, that’s admins job. they are the ones wanting over a quarter million of dollars a year.

What I want to know is, what does the OP think would be hallmarks of this “revitalization”? It’s easy to say, “this kinda sucks - make it better.” What does better look like. Because if you don’t bring some of that as well, and bring it in a positive way, you’re just contributing to the decline you are bemoaning.
Like you say - what’s his big plan?
