Correct. The cops, I would bet my last nickel, have witnessed this spoiled yayhoo of a kid doing stupid/dangerous stuff in the public right of way, and finally had enough. I know I have. Quite a few of them running around my city, veering in and out of traffic, down sidewalks, etc. at speeds of 25-35 mph. If it’s motorized, it needs to be operated by licensed operator and in accordance with all the requirements of the vehicle code. Hell, even riders of regular bikes need to follow the rules of the road. But, as we all know by now, rules are for losers...
