Oh yeah. Those deaths, all 60-120 million of them, were regrettable...an "excess".

When the likes of Hassan Piker take power, they will be more careful about those kinds of regrettable "excesses".

Tell that to the millions of people he literally starved to death. Not only in Ukraine and all the other neighboring republics but in Mother Russia. I am not sure who killed more Stalin or Mao. I just know they were #1 & 2. Hitler was number three.
