The place is on Tage Bostan Blvd, I did find an ice cream shop here on Google maps. I even found Mexican restaurants in the area.

Yes as the us poverty level drops to its lowest level in more than 50 years.

Glad to hear that at least part of the country is having crop success instead of failure. Where I live, we’ve had (lately) a little rain, but not enough earlier in the year & farmers had to switch to crops requiring less water than what they WERE going to grow. Hopefully next year will be better.
