Why Trump Should Declare An Election Emergency

Democrats are using every means possible to keep pushing the can down the road to buy time, but there is no time left to return integrity to America’s elections.

The SAVE America Act, which would have cleaned the rolls and secured the elections, passed the House and is dead in the Senate. House and Senate recesses used up the calendar. Trump then tried to do by executive order what the Senate refused to do by statute: requiring proof of citizenship, a reliable federal voter list, and limits on mailed ballots.

Election officials in fraud-prone areas, however, refuse to produce the ballots and the rolls. They call it privacy, and say doing so would expose illegal aliens to ICE! The real reason is to conceal their own conduct.

Activist federal district judges blocked those executive orders that would have counted this year.

With midterms rapidly approaching, Trump could declare a national emergency, as he has teased, on election integrity. If he does not, November runs on the same black-box machines with source code no outsider may examine, the same dirty rolls, and mass-mailed ballots that are an open invitation to fraud.

I have extensive education, training, and experience in law enforcement and criminal investigation, including conspiracy, fraud, forgery, identity theft, and related economic and computer crimes. I know how those crimes are committed.

As president of a large city police officers’ association and a statewide criminal investigators’ association, I worked with the California Legislature on matters of interest to those groups. After retiring, I spent ten years, including 2020, working on election nights at an Associated Press data center that collects returns from state and local counting centers.

Seems to me that if a state has dirty voter rolls then that states votes are null and void.

Where has Kash Patel been? I hope he’s busy identifying would-be election fraudsters and the evidence he needs to bring them up on slam-dunk felony charges.

Same here. And since their politicians have been put on notice and have refused to verify their voter rolls then they should be told that their electors will not be allowed to cast votes. Maybe they might want to save money and just have local elections.

Much has been written about the 2020 election. 99% of it was allegations, probabilities, possibilities. Little effort was made to develop evidence and proof.

2022, 2024 elections could not top the 2020 allegations.

In 2026 will anyone be interested in developing evidence and Proof? Or will all the energy again go into allegations, probabilities, possibilities?

I doubt it's possible to do, however I think all cities that do not meet certain standards for civilized behavior should be provided a single polling location that is subject to high scrutiny. The polling location should be located well outside the sh&thole city. And, of course, only ballots cast in person should be allowed.

I guess it's just a dream, but it may be the only type of measure that could save the US (well, I guess there's always "Citizen Vigilante").

With vote anonymity built into the system, there is no way to do after-the-fact analysis. You can have precincts with more votes than registered voters, but there is no remedy except to disallow all votes from that precinct.

If there is no security on the front end there is no security in elections. The democRATs like no security.

Many times in IL I had both R, D and LP sign affadavits that
a) They voted with no indication who they voted for
b) they voted and who they voted for
c) they did not vote.

Security on the front end means ground game preparation and ground game involvement.
d) I’ve had a Democrat precinct judge who was mad at the Ward committeeman...and my friend...prevent the precinct captain from voting on behalf of the no-shows.
e) Democrat precinct judge who had some sense of honesty request the Chicago Police to arrest the Democrat precinct captain for casting multiple votes on each machine at 5:50 am before the polls opened at 6 am.
(The Policeman refused. He said that he did not want to patrol the Chicago River, which I understood.)
