The holdout juror who caused Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial has a history of alleged domestic violence such as grabbing his wife by the throat and punching his nephew, according to a report.
The still-unnamed juror, only described as a black man in his 30s, faced a criminal charge in September 2021 for allegedly assaulting his wife, NBC10 Boston reported.
A 13-year-old nephew of the man called 911, stating that his uncle grabbed his wife by the throat and threw her into a dresser, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.
The juror’s own mom repeatedly screamed, “You’re evil!” as he was cuffed during the incident, the report said.
The juror recently ended up singlehandedly thwarting a verdict in Clancy’s sensational trial by refusing to agree with the 11 other jurors who found her not guilty by reason of temporary insanity after she fatally strangled her three young children in the family’s Duxbury, Mass., home.
A juror questionnaire in Massachusetts asks whether someone has been arrested, charged with a crime, or been served with a court order — all boxes that the holdout juror should have checked.

“Funny” that liberals are choosing to ignore the inherent racism here. And I don’t just mean the hostility towards this juror. We all know that if Clancy weren’t an attractive white woman that her insanity defense wouldn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell. We’ve seen this movie a million times before…

Here is their logic. He is a villain because a black man is required to take orders from white women quietly and say “Yassam, I’se do dat rat now, ma’am.”
This creates a fool-proof reason to reject jury duty, IMO.

The whole story is a despicable attempt to assassinate the man’s character plain and simple.
However one may feel about the Clancy case, this is horrifically dangerous and strikes at the heart of an unbiased jury. During the NYC Trump trials, I would joke that if I hung that jury, I wouldn’t survive the trip home from the courthouse. Looks like I was righter than I thought....

One man’s domestic violence is another man’s Islam.
Since the name is not really public record, how is the man’s history to be found by reporters and internet sleuths? Who is doxxing this person and how? Those folks who are doing this can themselves be charged and pulled into court.
Where’s the cuckold JUDGE in all of this? Corporately assaulting a juror for doing his job is supposed to be illegal.
Or... if it’s now okay, every one of them that voted for acquittal of a murderer and participated in the browbeating of the holdout needs to be doxxed and harassed to the point of suicide. Is that okay with the judge?

Having a *protected class* status means less than nothing if you don’t vote the Left-Marxist-Karen way.
I don’t necessarily fault the Post on this. A black man voting guilt against a white woman still destroys the liberal narrative about blacks being as innocent as the wind driven “errr” white(snicker) snow. A black man being violent against a woman in his past also brings certain uncomfortable truths about black culture into the light that liberals would rather blame White men for. So i think the Post is doing its job here while being tongue in cheek about it!
