Kosher meats have the same issues. Let them have their menu items. It is only a problem when Halal takes over, as I have heard it has in Dearborn.
I am pretty sure that many Muslims don't eat Halal exclusively. Yes, they avoid pork, but they seem to come up with a rationalization for regular beef.
