I’m offended when something this tragic is misrepresented.

11 people out of 12 had no problem deciding. One Person refused to follow the judge’s instructions on the law because they thought they knew better how a criminal trial should be decided.

One Person refused to follow the judge’s instructions

I beg to differ. You nor I know as we do no sit on that jury. That was the opinion of the Foreman of the jury if this is to be believed. The contents of the note are not public.

So your saying each juror doesn’t have the right to decide on their own and should just side with everybody else?

That’s not how our legal system works....and SHOULDN’T.

It's BS and typical of the liberal totalitarian mindset to believe that a juror who doesn't deliver what these MA pagan communists wanted is the bad guy.

You even parrot exactly what that hell-bound defense attorney said.

He vilifies and attacks a juror who is following his conscience during a deliberation. That is an obscenity for any attorney to do this.

"One person refused to follow the judge's instruction..." Exactly what the old defense liberal attorney said. You are pathetic.

NO way in hell I would vote not-guilty if I were on this jury. The satan person KILLED three innocent children methodically one by one. There is no excuse. She should be hung by the thumbs til death.

I see it as the one juror followed the judge’s instructions to the letter. His belief wasn’t popular so they bullied him and he stood his ground.

Even the judge, after he questioned each juror separately, said the guy had no problem with the instructions. He just had a different belief re guilty vs not guilty. Jurors are allowed to do that; that’s why we have the system we have.

“11 people out of 12 had no problem deciding.”

You don’t know that those eleven people were saying she was not guilty?

That One Person, a male, is a hero.

False. It was not the one juror who refused to follow the law, it is the 11 boneheads who found reasonable doubt from listening to that pos defense attorney’s bs psychobabble akin to throwing insubstantial stuff at a wall and hoping it will stick

I think you’re wrong. The judge interviewed the juror and didn’t dismiss that juror, thus the judge must have concluded the juror had the instruction correctly. He then called for a mistrial.

Those 11 were for acquittal - I believe the “holdout” was the only sane one there.
