Asking for a little help, maybe someone can give me some information.
Does anybody know if the Lancey children victims had toxicology and what Temperature the children were when they arrived in the Emergency room. Was that discussed in the trial? I ask because for two of them it would establish time of death. The husband said he was gone 45 min.

So that chart says about 10 hours at 30 degrees to get to 80 degrees for 70 kg, roughly. So about 2 degrees per hour at 30 degrees.
No, obviously the little 3 year old ran from her and she cornered him in the office for God’s sake.
She killed her kids. That isn’t even an argument here, Candace.

Those tests are likely done on adults. Small children will cool faster. Also, if the air condition was on high, body temps. would fall faster.
Besides, the kids were dead of dying. The EMs had more to do than check temps.
For some reason, you're just muddying the waters.
So they invent any number of far out scenarios where their delicate flower is the victim of some sort of evil scheme.
You’re kidding, right?
“the little 3 year old ran from her and she cornered him in the office for God’s sake.”
She did him first because he was “a handful”, and knew he’d be a problem if he saw her murder the other two. IIRC, she actually admitted that. She was a good planner.
Every bit of information regarding that day/night was provided by Patrick Clancy, here is my biggest hurdle.
The actual Patrick Clancy testimony went like this. He came home , the house was silent which was unusual, he calls out, no one answers and finally ends up outside the main bedroom, door was locked. He explained it was a child safety lock the previous owners installed, (don’t know why that was relevant). He unlocks the door where he sees blood everywhere, (pics confirm massive blood on the walls and floor) went to the window to close it because of the cold air coming in, looks out the open window and Lindsay is on the ground. Almost every parents next move would have been frantic, WHERE ARE THE KIDS, FIND THE KIDS, run to their rooms, scream out. He says he almost went to the neighbors house? Instead he goes outside to his wife. He then testifies she said, “I tried to kill myself”. He asks, “where are the kids” she responds, “in the basement”. Now here is the kicker, he calls 911, two police officers respond, one is there within 3 to 4 minutes. During the police testimony both said Lindsay was unresponsive, did not say anything, she could only moan and slightly move her head. The call he made to 911, he was beside Lindsay, she did not speak during the 911 recording. He announces to the first responders, he waited for paramedics to arrive, I’m going to the basement to find the kids”. How convenient for Patrick, he sets the narrative up that she made a confession, and that the kids are in the basement. He removed the exercise bands and ONLY his prints were on them, not hers. The prosecution insinuated she must have used gloves, but why bother? She was on her way upstairs to cut her throat, wrists and jump out the window.

No way she was having a conversation with her trachea open, thyroid crushed, at 82 degrees.

Tell me how many people you have seen at 82 degrees and your conversations with them. Find someone who has, and ask about the conversations they had. All the people I have seen at 82 degrees didn’t have conversations.
That is because she wasn’t able to speak, as confirmed by an expert testimony.
As I mentioned, and this is the most compelling and directly from Patrick’s testimony. The bedroom door is locked and he stated he knew immediately something was wrong. He unlocks the door and sees blood everywhere, as confirmed by pictures. He then says he went to the open window to close it because of the cold air coming in which must have been more alarming to him than the blood soaked room. He sees his wife on the ground and takes off for her in the backyard. HOLD ON, PATRICK! Look in their bedrooms, WHERE ARE YOUR KIDS! THEY COULD BE HURT, one is only eight months old! Instead he goes to his wife, calls 911 and she confesses to HIM “I tried to kill myself, the kids are in the basement”. THEN STILL WAITS until the police and paramedics arrive, at which he announces to them, he is going to the basement for his kids, which he did and they testified to his blood curdling screams, “she killed the f’Ing kids”.
There is something really wrong with this, it is almost like he knew exactly where the kids were, no hurry to find them and waited for an audience to hear his horrible discovery. At a minimum, had he looked for his kids FIRST, he might have saved precious time and saved their lives, or maybe he already knew the outcome.
Honestly, I was disengaged from the whole thing, until my wife started talking about the medical issues. I have experience with profound hypothermia, so it dragged me in. There 100% no way she had a conversation, in my opinion, with that core temperature. I have heard people, with an open trachea, audibly utter a few words, The combination, no way, the just gurgle. The core temperature of 82 degrees is inconsistent with exposure for under an hour at 30F outdoors.
The Husband is lying.
This jury had 11 voting for acquittal and only one voting guilty. You think the next jury is going to find 12 willing to vote guilty?
It should also be noted that the only issue the jury was holding out on was whether or not she’s criminally responsible or insanely responsible.
That these children died by her hands is not in dispute among anyone in that courtroom.

Thank you for saying their names. The victims. Murdered. Seems the media doesn’t know they ever existed. “What’s all the fuss?”
I would be ok with making it standard that the murderer is always referred to as "The Killer of "Name of Victim(s)" and their killer's name is never mentioned.
I am saying that the evidence does not match his story. First, she had to be outside for hours, not minutes or under an hour. Second, her DNA should have been all over the bands, and his not so much. Third, she never had a conversation at 82 degrees, he lied. Fourth, the police never did an appropriate investigation as they allowed a suspect to wander in the crime scene. Fifth, the person who claimed to be the murderer was dragged beyond being reliable. Sixth, people don’t slash thier throats with there non-dominant hands—her tracheal injury came from the left and she was right handed. Seventh, the Apple Watch data and iPhone access doesn’t match or make sense.
I say there are three dead kids, the evidence says the husband is lying, and the woman was drugged out of her mind. Who committed the crime and when? Yes, the husband should have been treated as a suspect. Did he know people? Is this the same group that did Karen Reed?
I want to see justice, not a political back and forth. Did the husband set it up? Did he have help? Did he have a motive? Why did he lie? Why did the police not treat him as a suspect? I could care less about the ‘liberal women’ perspective, but IF the husband did it all to get rid of her and have a clean slate for the next woman, he should burn.
First, she had to be outside for hours, not minutes or under an hour.
No.
It was 36 degrees outside and she was lying in wet snow.
Not sure where you live or if you have ever been outside but that kind of thing tends to lower your temperature rather quickly. Especially if you are not dressed in winter gear.
If she had been outside for "hours" she would have been dead.
